This is a description of a technique that could be useful if I could describe it well enough. Focus on the thought that causes a bad feeling, and you'll keep having the bad feeling. If you can focus on the feeling alone, separate from the thought, and realize how trivial it is, then the thought is no longer a threat.

I plan to discuss these issues further, and to discuss the role of discretionary achievement in creating a world from which there is any wealth to redistribute.

Text is for precision and accuracy and emotionless logic, at least compared to most types of videos, which are for persuasion or entertainment. The assumption of success in persuasion is often associated with the jerk that can yell the loudest. At least by the jerk.
